Image Analysis. Qualitative and quantitative image analysis of stained cells and tissues, and developed enzyme-linked immunospot (Elispot) plates. Customer can provide us either with digital images (tif, jpeg, psd, pict and bmp formats) or samples of stained cells, tissues and Elispot plates. We quantify structures of interest, determine their morphological parameters and do statistical analysis. Using our proprietary image analysis software we can identify whether different extracellular and intracellular targets contact each other, or overlap each other, or co-localized with each other. |
